Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your FridgeAI account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

Open FridgeAI on your iPhone

Go to the Settings tab

Scroll to Account and tap Delete account

Confirm — your account and all data are deleted immediately

Option 2 — By email

If you no longer have access to the app, email us at hello@thefridgeai.com with the subject "Delete my account" from the email address registered to your account. We process deletion requests within 48 hours.

What gets deleted

Everything: your profile and preferences, fridge scans, generated and saved recipes, meal logs, body progress entries and photos, your profile photo, pantry and shopping list items, and your login credentials. If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately in your App Store subscriptions — deleting your account does not cancel Apple billing.
