How do I scan my fridge?

Open the app and tap the Scan tab. Select "Fridge" mode, then tap "Take Photo" or "Upload from Gallery". FridgeAI will identify all visible ingredients and suggest recipes in seconds.

How do I scan a meal for macros?

In the Scan tab, switch to "Meal" mode using the toggle at the top. Set the number of servings, then take a photo of your plated dish. FridgeAI will estimate calories, protein, carbs, fat, and fiber.

How do I manage or cancel my Pro subscription?

Open the FridgeAI app → Profile → Manage Subscription. This opens the RevenueCat Customer Center where you can view, manage, or cancel your subscription. You can also manage it directly in your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

I upgraded but the app still shows Free. What do I do?

Go to Profile → Account → tap "Manage Subscription" and then "Restore Purchases". Your Pro status should update immediately.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email us at hello@thefridgeai.com with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll permanently delete all your data within 48 hours.

Are the nutritional values accurate?

FridgeAI uses AI to estimate nutritional values from photos. These are estimates and may vary from the actual values. For medical dietary needs, always consult a professional dietitian.

How do I turn off notifications?

Go to Profile → App Settings → toggle off "Daily Reminders". You can also manage notification permissions in your iPhone's Settings → Notifications → FridgeAI.
