By downloading, installing, or using the FridgeAI application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FridgeAI. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2. Use of the Service

FridgeAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any third party's rights.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

FridgeAI offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription (FridgeAI Pro). Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to those platforms' payment terms.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's or Google's refund policies.

4. AI-Generated Content

FridgeAI uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos and generate recipes and nutritional estimates. These are provided for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional dietary or medical advice. Nutritional estimates may not be 100% accurate. FridgeAI is not liable for any health consequences resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any photos or content you upload to FridgeAI. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

FridgeAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FridgeAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
